Chef Ko's Specialty

Chef Ko cooks absolutely authentic Chinese food, specializing in delicious but healthy vegetarian dishes. Each dish is light in oil and has no MSG, which is quite surprising considering the typical Chinese foods that are frequently found floating in oil. His belief in being able to make delicious foods without drenching them in oil is carried into one of his specialties, Strawberry Prawn. Made completely without oil, the sauce of this dish is made from fresh blended strawberries, which is then sautéed with fresh vegetables to add variations in the texture of this specialized dish. Chef Ko is not only able to please the appetites of vegetarians but also makes wonderful specials for meat-lovers. One specialty of Chef Ko’s is Red Wine Sautéed Steak. This delectable dish is made of a prime-grade steak which is marinated in red wine and later sautéed in high heat for the perfect texture.
