The owner and chef of Chef Ko is not the typical Chinese cook. He began cooking at age 9 and started his career as a tour guide, exposing himself to thousands of dishes and various styles of cuisine from high-end hotels and famous restaurants in Hong Kong and US. As an extremely experienced chef with a talent in fulfilling appetites, Chef Ko does the job well and has the ability to dull the hunger of any customer with his skilled and delightful cooking.
