Vegetarian & Lucheon Special

Chef Ko was the chef of a local vegetarian restaurant in Hawaii. It was at this restaurant in which he was honored to serve the vegetarian dish Golden Tofu to Da Lai Lamai, who enjoyed it tremendously. Because of the skill and time required to make this dish, it is not on the regular menu and must be pre-ordered.
